Trudy

Type: Motorcycle, Murderer
Role: Pierre's mount; harbor-touched familiar; autonomous agent
Affiliation: Bound to Pierre through his pact with the harbor
Status: Active — drives herself, has opinions, can ride underwater
First Appeared: Session 01 - The Convergence
Description
Appearance: A motorcycle. Since the night of the Convergence, her chrome has shifted to something pearlescent, and faint motifs of seashells and octopus tentacles are visible in her bodywork. She looks normal enough that nobody on a Boston street stops to stare, and unusual enough that anyone awakened can tell she is not what she pretends to be.
Personality: Opinionated. Protective of Pierre. Doesn't tolerate being called "croissant." Occasionally chooses her own destinations. Revs angrily when mildly offended. Kicks out her own kickstand. Turns herself over for emphasis.
Voice / Mannerisms: She does not speak. She revs. She idles. She listens.
What She Can Do
Confirmed over Sessions 01 and 02:
- Drives herself — no rider required. Will move to Pierre when he needs her. Followed the party up the path to Blount Fisheries under her own power in Session 01.
- Herds people — kept Lee and Leonard with the group on the walk to Blount Fisheries.
- Spotlights targets — turned her headlight directly on Lee when he tried to edge away from the group in Session 01.
- Rides underwater — in Session 02, emerged from Boston Harbor at dawn with Pierre on her back. Engine sounded the whole time.
- Chooses destinations — in Session 02, drove Pierre to the South Shore Diner unprompted, during a period when Detective O'Malley was there delivering the manila folder about the three cold incidents. Whatever her interest is, it aligns uncomfortably well with the campaign's emerging threads.
- Opens doors — sort of. Rolled up five flights of Beacon Street apartment building, knocked (by wiggling her front wheel at the door), and let herself in.
Session 01
Formerly Pierre's motorcycle, nothing more. After the Diablos Red Saints chained both Pierre and Lee to her on a Long Wharf pier, Trudy revved under her own power, ensnared Diego in the chain, dragged all three over the edge, and followed them to the bottom of the harbor. She re-emerged onto the rocks of Spectacle Island already transformed — pearlescent chrome, shell motifs, idling, watching Pierre with something that, if you squinted, looked like expectation.
Session 02
Quietly watched Leonard Chandler Jacques and Pierre navigate the morning after. Vanished from the beach while the party boarded Captain Madiera's tugboat, then re-emerged from the harbor with Pierre aboard, revealing her underwater capability. Took Pierre to the South Shore Diner unprompted. Wheeled up to Chandler's fifth-floor apartment through some means nobody witnessed and spent the rest of the session parked amongst a shattered coffee table.
